My intention is that this is an uplifting, educational space where I share in a relatable way yoga and meditation.
​
You can use this site to practice online with me by downloading recordings from my online home studio. You can book classes be it group in-person sessions or private 1:2:1s. Subscribe to my newsletter and I will keep you informed of classes, seasonal themes, topics of interest and other uplifting shares.

Whether you are new to yoga or well practiced I hope you are uplifted from the content here and it provides space for you to connect to your authentic self.

I was first introduced to yoga at the age of 14 and it helped me significantly through my teens. The practice has had a huge impact on how I approach my life and I am forever a student. I trained in Vinyasa yoga, meditation, Mandala yoga, chakras, pre-natal yoga and reiki. I am fortunate to have trained with some wonderful teachers including Andrea Everingham, Kino MacGregor, Steffy White and the Blissologist himself Eoin Finn and wife Insiya Finn.

Rurally located in Tarporley, Cheshire I am proud of my warm community of yogis. Following Covid, location is no longer a barrier as I offer yoga to you here on my online home studio and more recently on Youtube.
